Returns & Exchanges
Sfondo wants you to love your purchase! In the event that you are not happy, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 10 days of your order arriving at your doorstep. If 10 calendar days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, scent free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. All accessories are final sale. All sale items are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To process your refund please contact us at: email@example.com.
Do not send back any merchandise without contacting Sfondo. Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owner's expense.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we refund your item, not the cost of shipping. Please allow 10-15 Business days for Sfondo to complete this process.
If you wish to exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
